Refund Policy

RETURNS

We want you to feel confident ordering from Wine Aerator. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at contact@wineaerator.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with our 90-day warranty and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
