Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and carrier. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers or events outside our control may occur. Wine Aerator is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

We offer 30-day returns for peace of mind. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days, with funds returned to your original method of payment. Wine Aerator products include a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Service. Any breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access to our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
